Worrying is a normal part of life and it shows that you care. However, to much worrying can make us feel bad. Here are some tips to help you with your worries…

 

Talk to someone!

Sometimes our worries can feel too big for us to handle. If you talk to someone, they might be able to help you with your worry or they might give you some advice. Just talking about our worries can help them feel smaller.

You can talk to:

  • A friend
  • Your parents or family member
  • Your class teacher or teaching assistant
