Education Support are a dedicated charity that specifically aims to support the mental health and wellbeing of all education staff.
Pursuit Wellbeing has a free resource bank aimed at supporting education staff wellbeing.
Headspace for Educators is a mindfulness and meditation platform. They offer a free subscription to all education staff
Havering Talking Therapies Service provide a wide range of treatments and services helping those feeling distressed by difficult events in their lives as well as people concerning their mental health.
Havering Reset Hub a free mental health support for individuals aged 18 and above. A safe, inviting, and inclusive space where residents of Havering can simply turn up with no appointment necessary.
