Parent Mental Health coping with parental guilt, loneliness, burnout and suicidal thoughts

Havering School Nursing Services work with children and families from age 5 up to 19 years of age.

Havering CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) offers help to children and young people who are experiencing emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties.  The services are available to families with children & young people.

Training & Support for Parents or Carers offers access to training and resources for supporting children and young people as well as themselves.
